All along the Tuesday.
You'll never stop me assholes.
I am living a ridiculously sedentary lifestyle en ce moment.
I only got out of bed about five minutes ago, and I spent most of yesterday crashed out.
The problem seems to be that I am phenominally lazy.
So Cambridge interview on Monday. Had a dream about it last night, saved a cat and a dog in a wood and had a house party with my grandparents. (The Cambridge stuff kinda happened around this.)
Have to do a morning blog as I have work from 5:30, bit of a bitch considering I finish college at 4:30. Though shouldn't be too bad - I assume it'll just be some work's staff party.
Our own staff party coming up soon: CHASE & STATUS VIP! Hells yeah.
Attempting to get up to date with news and current affairs means the Newsnight presenter last night was an epic bitch. She kept using bollocky metaphors and grinning like an anus when talking to this woman about her husband dying. She was saying how in a war it's all a lottery who lives and who dies and how "Your husband's number really didn't come up." FUCK OFF YOU SLAG. Though epic bitch row between John Prescott and some Republican.
I really really hate metaphors in the news. Say what you're gonna say and try not to be a cunt about it.
I can't think what else I have to say.
Gonna have some cereal soon I believe, then college.
Exciting.

It's Thursday time it's Thursday time, won't you have some Thursday of mine?
I can't believe I'm blogging at 8 o' clock guys. But hey, you know how people are all like 'aw, I look awful in the morning' and stuff? That’s just silly! I'd feel pretty comfortable facing a group of people right now (if I had trousers on). What bothers me is in the evening when you've gone through all the shit of the day already, you've hair's been all messed up by the autumn wind, your morning shaving has just about been undone, and you just feel well - awful, surely that's worse? I'm a morning person all round I guess. Wait no, I’m neither. Does it matter?
Okay so yesterday was Tom's birthday, that was pretty fab.
Hope you liked it tom.
Oh, and I found this:
If that isn't beautiful, I don't know what is.
I'm going to go to college soon but first I must shower
Today I am very excited cause it's a half day.
Ah, I just had an idea!
Awwwwwwwwwway!!!!!
Here’s my idea – I’ll carry this on when I get home
*
I promised Cath I would blog when I got home from Jess and Ian’s tonight in the hope of some drunken hilarity like me not being able to type but she didn’t blog this week so up yours, Cath.
First off, Jubs – your dream was magnificent. I write down my dreams sometimes thinking they’re really awesome but then looking back over them they’re just not.
I make it a daily challenge to hold onto my childish imagination but it is slipping.
I learnt lots of things in college this morning – five minutes of knowing someone isn’t long enough for them to take you calling them a loser as a joke. Themis is a towel. The Beatles’ ‘Get Back’ was originally an attack on Enoch Powell’s ‘Rivers of blood’ speech. David Ferguson sucks at driving. Moonshiner is officially my favourite Bob Dylan song – Even more than ‘It aint you babe’
OH MY GOSH I want snoop dog on my sat nav soooooo much
Firs I need a sat nav
But before that I need a car
But before that I need a licence
But before that I need lessons
Before that I need a provisional
But before even all of this begins to take form, I need a pile of cash
Oh, snoop dog. Look what you’ve done to me…
Does anybody have Flo and the machine’s album? I would really like a listen. Mojo voted it like best debut of the decade (despite giving it 3 stars the other month... Hmmm - in mojo we trust)
Tom, this CD you gave me is pretty sweet to revise to
David, CONGRATULATIONS on your oxford interview
Got an offer from
LUNCH TIME

So how you liking my full day blog, huh? I’ll bet it’s too long, I don’t care. If I don’t do this, I’d only be playing the guitar. I’m trying to learn the Dodos' album from ear cause nobody has any decent tabs online. Now I know I’m still obsessed over this album even though I discovered them way back in like June but I’m telling you, it’s the best thing I’ve heard all year – on par with bon iver even!
Mmmmmm, pasta for lunch with Josh’s super secret olive sauce!
It’s super secret cause it’s super good
Okay, this isn’t working. I’m running out of things to say
I miss the summer
I killed my wife and kids in fable again; I think my character just has commitment issues/ violent tendencies. In no way a reflection on me by the way
I’m gonna call Cath and find out what time we’re doing stuff.
I’ll see you next Thursday, yeh? Cool.
I never see these things through, do I?
what else whould we say?

Wham-bam thank you, Tuesday.
BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STOP.
Sooo a few points to clarify: I did not forget how to go to the toilet, I merely became confused between the flush and the lightswitch (think I'd regressed to my primary school days when we had the pull flushes) and then got my belt-loop stuck on the latch when I tried to get through the door.
And... can't remember what else has been said.
Umm, don't really have a favourite colour. Manchester IS epic. Only been there once, and only really walked the length of one street from the train station to RNCM but it was COOL.
Aaand... best album of the decade (yes he said DECADE, David - not year.) ... umm... undecided between Antony and the Johnsons, Arcade Fire, The Libertines, Jamie T, Santogold, Belle & Sebastian - really just the ones I've listened to most and still love now. Not sure.
As for the year... I'd probably go for Lykke Li. Can't really think of what albums I've bought this year... but I do love that one.
So for actual blog post, Josh said I should share my dream.
A bunch of us were camping in Andy's garden, though his house was actually a combination of Sabrina's old house and Miranda's current house. And in the garden there were these groups of swallows, about fifteen or so in a group but they had beaks like pelicans and were tiny and were dive-bombing across the garden eating flies. And there were also these massive rats that were bigger than cats (Bailey was there, and the rats were bigger than him.)
So we were all in the house hiding from the rats - which were actually really cute, kinda like mini-tapiers. And then Josh decided to borrow one of Andy's cars (he had three) and they were all really old and run down, and the one Josh stole had like two driving seats then a side compartment that faced in at a ninety degree angle and had a flight simulator and this weird doll that was life-sized and had long blonde hair and no arms and no body below the waist but was in this metal box with a big round hole and all these wires connecting to it and the doll just rocked around in circles.
So Cath was in the flight simulator and Miranda was sat in some corner all bunched up, Josh was driving and I was shotgun. But the steering wheel and gears and peddles had come out of a bus (like the one in Pricilla, Queen of the Dessert). So we were driving around over all these wooden bridges and when we came back we were stopped by the police and they were like: "Is this Andy's car?" and we said "Yes." and then Andy came along and was getting all pissy about us stealing his car and Josh was like: "We were gonna give it back!!" and then I forget the rest.
As for my week, Sunday was damn epic.
Me and Becky went to Bristol and were a hardcore shopping TEAM.
We did Park Street then ate in Beijing Bistro - my current fav restaurant where we had a bottle of wine and I broke my resolution, then we ran to Cabots Circus a journey which included running across dual carriageways and climbing over fences, did shopping then got the train back.
Afterwards went to mine and made a lasagne. =D
I have little left to say.
Therefore:
